About this Blog

Does anyone dial 4-1-1 anymore?

I don’t know about you, but I usually find what I’m looking for online.

This blog was launched to give you the 411 on parenting, especially as it relates to your child’s health and wellbeing.

As parents, we want to do what’s best for our children. But we don’t always know how. I’ve got two kids that have sent me to the emergency room more than once. (Have you ever met a teenage boy without a scar?) While I don’t promise to have all the answers, I do have amazing resources nearby.

In fact, I can see the helicopter landing pad adjacent to Valley Children’s Hospital from the view out my fourth-floor window.

Feel free to post comments and questions about issues you may be facing as a parent – whether you’re expecting your first baby or you’re preparing for an empty nest.

I’ll do my best to track down an expert (we’ve got hundreds of them around here) and get the download. I promise to post answers and information right here on Children’s 411.

You’re welcome to subscribe by email so you never miss a post. You just might find exactly what you need to make parenting a little less puzzling.

Thank you for visiting Children’s 411.
